Contract Management (CM)

Introduction
The module is part of the Backend Engagement cluster which provides for the agreements, ordering and billing of backend logistics work based upon frontend information. CM contains the agreement information between the client company and the service providers. Now with Google Maps add-on for locations.

Business context
The agreements made between the frontend companies such as commercial banks and the service providers such as CIT’s and cash centre operators need to be captured. With this information and the (logistical) structure of companies and relations between companies, the process of ordering services is managed and controlled. After completion of the service delivery, the billing to the client takes into account the agreement and pricing rules.

Description
The contract consists of agreements at several levels such as:
- Service catalogue
- Pricing rules
- Service levels
- Authorizations for regional and location based access
- Settings for logistics and optimization
