Backend Engagement process

The Backend Engagement process cluster provides for the contractual agreements between retailers, commercial banks and CIT's, ordering of services, cash, consumables & special coin, and billing of backend logistics work based upon frontend information.

All modules within this cluster are key to properly issue order for work and products to the backend logistics process. Orders can be received and confirmed both online and in batch by using standardized (XML) messaging. Billing information can be queried online and send to a client in batch using standardized (XML) messaging.
