The Frontend Management process cluster provides for the management of the banking outlets/branches, all types and models of cash machines, (night-deposit) safes, retail shops and retail deposit terminals.

All modules within this cluster are key to control and manage the frontend of the supply chain and register and forecast the issuing and depositing of banknotes and coin.
