Resource Management (RM)

Introduction
This module is part of the Backend Logistics cluster which provides management of the all the elements relating to all cash centre operations and the CIT logistic functions both in the field and at branch level. The RM module relates to the management of all resources related to the operation.

Business Context
The operation requires resources to be allocated to certain activities such as routes and locations on a route. All registration of resources and related information is important to run a seamless operation.

Description
The functionality includes management of all resources such as staff, vehicles and other assets required for the operational processes. All resources are then booked out via the Route Management module and are expected to be booked back in after completion of a route.
