Accounting Management -Billing (AMB)

Introduction
The module is part of the Backend Engagement cluster which provides for the agreements, ordering and billing of backend logistics work based upon frontend information. AMB contains the process of billing orders based upon transactions and price agreements.

Business context
The billing of actual services performed against an activity or service based price agreement does need proper automation in order not to miss certain revenue or to bill client incorrect amounts. The option to electronically bill a client may save a lot of manual labor.

Description
The functionality matches transactions (orders) with contractual settings and price agreements. The billing includes transport, cash centre, maintenance services, fixed periodical charges and several surcharges. The module can integrate into a financial system for invoicing purposes.
