13-10-2009 - Supply Chain Technology for end-to-end Cash Machine Management in the Netherlands
Muntcentrale Holland (MCH) has been contracted by a major Dutch commercial bank to implement and manage 350+ coin issuing and deposit machines in the bank branches throughout the Netherlands. MCH takes ownership of the coin stock in the machines and is responsible for the complete management of the machines. With the introduction of the Transtrack’s WebPortal and Cash Optimizer products, MCH is now able to forecast and optimize the coin machines. By leveraging the Internet in a secure way, the bank management can directly view the process and the performance and cash flow of the machines.
