01-07-2008 - Real-time communication integration and geo-fencing: Scope Technologies and Transtrack International enter into the partnership
Scope Technologies, a leading provider of fleet management solutions worldwide, and Transtrack international integrated their products for the cash industry. The solution combines the TransTrack CIT software product with the mHub in-vehicle management system connected to the central office using GPRS or Satellite communication. The mHub is connected to the Engine management system and allows complete (remote) vehicle management and integration with the TransTrack software running on the handheld device. This integration allows real-time monitoring of routes, exchange of (ad hoc) order/stop information with the TransTrack software system, geo-fencing and controlling multiple vehicle functions centrally.
